The Road to Healing Begins Here

“Treat people as if they were what they ought to be and you help them to become what they are capable of being.” -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Opening the door to heal trauma can be scary. However, it is not a journey that you have to go on alone. I am a licensed and board-certified therapist with experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced various forms of trauma. My work is driven by a person-centered approach and delivered through a trauma-informed lens. I believe that it is important to understand how lived experiences and traumas can impact one’s life. I have a passion for walking alongside clients in their healing journey and inspiring hope.
